[Alexei is spending some time out over at the battle dome during the morning hours, in his usual cloak and mask disguise. He wasn't there to train though, he was there to visit the medical center. He stops at the entrance to take a look around the empty room. Hm...the flowers were still there. He'll probably be around the center for a little while longer to refill the vase with fresh water.

Once he finishes his business there, he'll make his way back to CB1, returning sometime mid-day. He decides to write up an entry once he was settled back in his room]

I was not affected. However, I did run into a boy who had been turned into a dog.

I suppose this is a common occurrence here?

That sounds one of the more harmless transformation.

There was another experiment that happened about two months ago that caused people to transform.

Yes. Although in that particular case, people were turning into inanimate objects as well.

It was rather tame, I believe. However, one mustn't be fooled by them ... [ Dogs are dangerous and go right for the throat, after all. ]

... Inanimate objects? Oh my, did the people affected have to lie there motionless until the experiment ended?

Some had to, a few changed back before the end of the experiment. Some were able to move on their own, others needed assistance.

It was quite contained from what I did observe. I suspect the experiment that came after caused more problems than that one.

Basically the Malnosso decided to play with our emotions. People were unintentionally falling in love with one another for a week. There was a strange tree in the plaza that also bear fruit that influenced people's emotions as well.

Yes, the village itself is similar to villages in Naraka, however ... this world itself is just different. Its laws, and various other things, are not similar to the ones in my home world. [ More specifically, the fact that Avatars aren't even known about in this world — they aren't discriminated against — as well as many other things, though that one thing is one of the biggest. ]

Well, for starters, I was turned into this small creature this boy called Shaymin. I believe he said that it was a type of Pokémon. They're very much like another version of animals.

Pokémon? What makes them a different variation from animals?

I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but it's as if the Pokémon are stronger than the regular animal.

I see. Animals, and not like monsters?

Actually, I believe they're more like a cross between animals and monsters. Because they're capable of attacking.

All living things are normally capable of attacking. How else would they be able to fend themselves from danger?

I suppose I could say it's like them using artes. The moves they can use is either physical or like a spell.
