[So, Bellemere was sent home. He didn't need anyone to tell him that though. He found out when he discovered a photo that wasn't originally on his desk. There was a message behind it and that basically told him that she had gone.

"You need to keep living or else!"

Alexei continued reading her message...how much she believed that he could still turn things around and find happiness here. Although it was through the Malnosso's influence that brought them together last month, he was able to learn more about her, properly, not what the Malnosso had implanted in his head during the last spring. And if he were to be honest...that week was the happiest he has ever felt in a very long time. Even after, they continued to spend some time together, though without the romantic flare and as friends. It was...the strangest experience. He never exactly had the time to make friends after all, nor cared to have them. It was a welcoming change.

...But now she was gone, reminding him of the instability people often forget about Luceti. Loss was something he was already familiar with. He was sure he had grown numb of that feeling by this point, but Bellemere's leave proved him wrong. He knew what was waiting for her back home as well. He held the photo against his forehead, closed his eyes for a moment and muttered quietly under his breath.

"Thank you, for everything"]

[Sometime during the morning, Alexei can be seen around the plaza area. He's just there to visit one shop in particular and that was the flower shop.

Once his business was finished at the store, he'll be making his way over to the mikan orchard and spending the rest of his afternoon there. He had a small bouquet of flowers with him, planning to leave it at the very center of the orchard. There, if he wasn't wandering around looking over the the blossoming trees, he can be found meditating underneath the tree he placed his flowers. Although Bellemere was gone, Alexei would continue to look after this place. He always had before, but now there was more of a purpose behind it.

By the evening, Alexei will have returned to the village and settled inside Good Spirits. Vaguely he recalls that night when he lost a bet with Bellemere as he ordered himself a drink. Heh. Why did he agree to that challenge again...?]

[Nami shifts against the tree she's sitting against with a noncommittal sound.]

I didn't realise you were close.

[Suspicious. Worried. She could be either one. But Bellemere could look after herself, and it's not like it matters now.]

[In the plaza during the morning you say? That more than enough of a coincidence for Alexei to catch sight of Robo-Ky drifting through the village, his waist resembling a floating horse. Because that's how he rolls.

And while he's doing that, he might almost come and run through Alexei. He won't.

He'll just veer out of the way, let out a loud "YOU BASTARD!" and go flying into the ground. And it will be loud, and he will skid across it. There will even be a fireworks display sparks.]

[What-.......oh, it's...that one guy. His voice sounded familiar anyway, he wasn't sure where he heard it though.

Should he go check on him? He'll approach, but keep a safe distance in case it decided to explode on him or go hostile. Was this thing really all mechanical?]

[He was pretty much face down on the ground, barely moving and occasionally emitting a loud BZZZT before quieting down again. At least, until his head just turns around 180 degrees.]

[With the spring, some new plants need tending at the shop, so Raine's decided to head out there early for once to help with the categorizing. She'll glance up when she hears the door.]

I might. I'm not particularly familiar with the meaning behind the differnt flowers, and I'm trying to decide what would be the right ones for a specific person. They were...recently sent home.

[It always did strike her as odd when people would come in for flowers for those who had 'departed'. But perhaps they all had their reasons, and it wasn't hers to pry.]

Well... the significance in flowers does tend to vary between different worlds. Do you know of a favorite they might have had? Or perhaps even by browsing, you might find something that reminds you of them.

Hmm... there are some wildflowers that do, but I'm not certain if we have any in currently. [She walks over to some of the potted flowers, studying some of the early blooming ones, primrose, tulips and daffodils.] Did you want a cut bouquet, or something more lasting?

[Vivi happens to cross his path as he's beginning to head to the mikan grove, bouquet in hand. Her gaze flicks to the flowers, curious, and she waves across the way to get his attention.] Alexei-san! Hello!

[She's smiling brightly; really, it's been a while since they've last talked.]

...Miss Vivi. [He was about to call her Princess for a moment there. Well, he'll try not to seem all gloomy as he greets her] It's been awhile. How have you been?

Ah. Well enough. [Between Luceti-weirdness and Brook and Nami's mother being sent home, things have been better, but she's not about to bog him down with that.]

[Vivi's smile brightens at that.] Oh yes; I'm so thankful spring is starting. Winter was...a novelty for a while, but it lasted far too long for my tastes.

So you've been in Luceti two years, Alexei-san? It was spring when I arrived last year.
