[anyone who happens to be looking at the journal, someone's decided to start drawing in theirs. They're not simple doodles either. They were well thought out drawings of various roof designs, all over the same looking building. Notes and calculations were place in various spots and other drawings would end up being scratched out soon as they're drawn out. A list of various words were written in the corner and more were added or crossed off every once in a while.]

Water flows downward at an angle
openings in glass
Collected through the channel [arrows pointed to an area of a drawing]
Slanted roof so debris can easily fall off.
Durability check on windows.
Flat horizontal roof to collect water
Water collected through containers beneath glass
Release through a mechanic onto plants.

[anyone who's out in the village will find Alexei sitting sitting under a sort of pavilion near the library. He was working rather diligently, writing or drawing something in his journal. Feel free to come by and see what he's doing and have some tea]

[And so the knight leader meets the police he-end guy. Or well, hopefully. At any rate, this man's diligent work is something to be admired in a place like this as far as the man in the suit and shades is concerned. He is personally looking for this library so he might see if there isn't any legal history to be found here]

I have not seen any other noticeable issues arise here yet. Although, I've only been here for a little over a week, so I don't know how much my words matter on this. [he's turning his attention back on his drawings.]

You are asking what I think is considered lengthy? I suppose anything pass a month. Though with some of the people I've spoken to, one can expect to be here for more then a year and a month will seem like nothing.

Indeed I am. I've finally settled down here, and decided to start giving it some thought. [this is also what he does when he's bored, make things]

...Heh, at times yes it can be. But I didn't simply earn this rank through blood lines or social status. I worked hard to reach it, I prove I could handle the pressure.
