[Well look who finally shows up in Luceti Land. He's been pretty quiet the past few days and now he suddenly makes himself present to the general public, hmmm. He's not really looking for any particular attraction, and is simply wandering around the park, towards the hotel. Probably just to make an observation of the strange place that just appeared in Luceti. He will linger for a while, in front of the House of Personas though]

[Oh look, there's someone who needs to get bugged!]

[Will be meandering along on the other side of the street keeping to himself... and then eeeevvvverrrr so subtly... blows a spitball at the CONTEMPLATIVE!Alexei]

[DIRECT HIT. Congrats James, you got him in the cheek and now we're dealing with a very IRRITATED!Alexei. He removes the spitball off his face and leers in the direction it had come from]

[Will be examining a game booth across the way and doing a rather splendid job of appearing as if he hadn't done anything]

[...Sadly, James stand out too much that there's no way you CAN'T be notice by Alexei. He's approaching this said game booth, looming besides him]

[Oh my... looming-o-dar has suddenly asploded, will be turning turning his head slowly with huge eyes to look at him]

Errm, no, you probably haven't.. [Nervous face, maybe this was one of the insane people??]

...[shows James the spitball] A prank of yours?

You're making things worst for yourself by lying. You should be careful who you pull your pranks on. The next person may not be so forgiving.

Well, that is to say, if you were a more dangerous person I would also be more prepared for such an encounter...

[Jay exits from the House of Personas and spots Alexei. He approaches him, smiling, glad to see someone he's met again.]

Hello, Alexei.

[he hears his name and looks, noticing Jay approaching. He smiles] Hello, Jay. What has happened to the forest? This place?

I'm not exactly sure. Someone came over the journals, announcing that he was going on vacation, and then this place appeared overnight. I can't be certain, but this could be a Malnosso experiment. So I've been investigating while trying not to have too much fun.

A Malnosso experiment...I believe that seems to be the purpose of this experiment though, to have fun.

It's possible. But I can't help the feeling that there's some kind of catch, or that this "fun" is meant to distract us from something terrible that might happen.

Hmm, very perceptive of you. There doesn't seem to be any visible trouble yet from all of this, but it is good to keep a lookout just in case.

Indeed. I'll be sure to let everyone know if I see something.

But then again, my fears might be groundless. I've always been cautious by nature...

As am I. I think your fears are valid for a place like this. Considering how I've heard most experiments here are not as pleasant as this one.

Yes...we should consider ourselves lucky. On the other hand, while I fear what happens with the individual experiments, I can't help but feel curious about those as well. The only thing I can think of is to keep an eye out for any information I can gather while they experiment on me.

[And a little girl will come up to you. She sees you wandering aimlessly, dar.]

[looks to the girl, shaking his head] Not exactly lost, simply curious about this place that has appeared in Luceti.

Oh, okay. There are maps near the entrance, though, and everything is written there! I have a few, so here! [Smiling cheerfully, she'll offer him one of those brochure things complete with the map that she picked up at the front.]

Mmm! Me too. I don't think there's anything like this in my world! Everyone seem to be having a lot of fun, though, so it's good!

[he smiles, accepting the brochure from her] Thank you. My name is Alexei by the way. What is your name?

We might have had something similar to this in my world, but at a smaller scale. It certainly gives off an air of a circus or a fair.

I'm Nino! It's nice to meet you too, A- um, mister Alexei! [I know my manners, I swear I've been learning them! D:]

Really? Your world must have been amazing! The really fast cart-like things make me think of how Pegasus and Wyvern riders must feel like in mine, but you're right about the air. I've never been to a fair before, but I've read about them once. Have you been to a fair before, mister Alexei?

Hehe, well there are a few attractions here foreign to my world. [nods slightly] I have...a long time ago. Can't really recall much of my childhood and I don't have the time to go to fairs these days.

That's an important function! [Surprise and awe flash through those emerald eyes, but then, they shone through tinges of sorrow - and maybe regret.] Ah... Was there... a lot of fighting?

...In my early days there were wars, but the Empire has remain peaceful the past few years since I took over from the previous Commandant.

There was... But it's peaceful now, right? Well- when you last saw of your world, that is. That's good, though. I wish that there was less of it in my world, too, even though that's what my f-... people closest to me did for a living.

[You're getting scrutinized by a cautious Krityan not far away, Alexei. She remembers seeing you get squished about half a month ago.]

[w-well, he's not doing anything...other then pondering whether he should enter the House of Personas or keep wandering to the hotel.]

[She's curious, actually, so... following. Not sure if she can trust him to behave himself, even in a place like this.]

[He'll be standing somewhere in the passage full of mirrors with an indescribable look on his face. His reflection was...distorted, maniacal. There he held Dein Nomos, a smug look on his face, while chains wrapped around him the waist down, slithering their way upwards. The image was constantly warping in front of him, like it was unclear.]

[Judith watches for a long moment, pondering just what to think of it, before finally stepping forward a little, though out of sight from the mirrors.]

...Are you still chained by it?

...seems to be the case, doesn't it? [he doesn't look to her as he responds] A warning of my possible future perhaps...or a future that does not exist.

Is it possible for the dead to have a future?

...I'm not quite there yet.

Hmm. [She knows otherwise, but she's not going to comment. She's not sure she even wants to know more about him, but curiosity brought her there.]

[Judith lack of response tells him, she was skeptical of him also, no surprise there. He's moving away from her] What do you want?

Good question. [And she doesn't have a good answer.] Considering our history, is it so difficult to figure out?

Suppose not. [he's attempting to get away from her. He doesn't feel like dealing with Vesperia losers today.]

[She'll let him get away this time; there's little sense in provoking him, and she'd satisfied her curiosity well enough. Doesn't mean she won't be watching him when she can, though.]
