[After a week of absence, the Malnosso have decided not to drop him where they found him, but somewhere in the northern part of town, unarmed and far from his room. Wonderful. He looked physically all right from a distance, maybe a little malnourished, but he was able to wander through the village without help. Except he kept stopping and looking around, as if he was unable to recall where exactly he was.]

Well aside from that it works perfectly fine, better than before even. Here I was thinkin' ya might be using it to keep tabs on me, not like ya could with those Malnosso kidnappin' you and all.

I'll look at it again if you like when I've recovered my strength. [He's tired, he doesn't care right now. Let Raven suffer a little more while he rests then. After walking for some time, he finds himself looking at the familiar building he currently resides in.]

[Raven is trying not to laugh as Alexei struggles up the stairs.]

[h-he's not having that much of a hard time getting up those stairs. Least it's only three floors and oh boy humor] Now where's the fun in that? You're fine where you are anyway.

Now whose fault was that? Telling everyone over the network where you are. The one time you decide to follow me, I actually would like that you didn't.

Hey come on that's not fair, I had no idea the journals were public like that! Though you didn't seem to have any objections to not denying you were in this building.

[he presses a hand over his forehead] I never gave you a direct answer to anything either. [he really doesn't feel like turning this into an argument right now.]

[He sighs and walks off towards his room.]

I know yer not exactly in the best of moods right now, but don't come cryin' to me when you realise ya just turned down the only person willin' ta listen to you.

[and Alexei will be heading up the stairs once Raven has started moving towards his room.]

[Raven waits until Alexei is out of sight, then sneaks to the bottom of the staircase. He's listening to see how many flights of stairs you go up.]

[Sneaking up the stairs after you Alexei. Crouching down low and peering round the corner to see which room you enter. If you don't want him to know just catch him.]

[Yea hi. Raven's sneaking is going to have to end here. Alexei will be looking down at him when he peers around the corner. He doesn't look one bit happy to see you, Raven]

You really believe I wouldn't think you'd try to follow again after I leave?

[Oh crap, got caught. He didn't expect it and stumbled back in surprise, quickly grabbing onto the banister to prevent himself from falling further down the stairs.]

[Regaining composure but remaining on the staircase out of view, he thinks to himself for a moment. Seems as though Alexei doesn't trust Raven at all. He's a little unsure about how much he wants to try pushing his luck against this man, but there's something he's trying to figure out and this is the only way he's going to be able to go about it.]
