[You know, Alexei has been bedridden for a while. He needs to be getting out more and be active. Which is what he's going to be doing today. So anyone who happens by Community Building 5, will find Alexei training.

If not, later in the day he'll be around the shopping district of the village...gathering some supplies from the various shops there. Supplies for what though?]

[Mayoi is walking around the village after finishing her final check up. No more nurses that smell like grandparents and annoying doctors for her! She couldn't be happier, so she is surprisingly in a very good mood for once in a while. So she continues walking around the village, not feeling like going back home yet, and notices Alexei near the building. It looks like what he's doing is dangerous, so instead of going up to him she's looking at him quietly from a distance.]

[mutters] Well it looks like he's better from when I saw him before..

[...and guess who you're going to run into? Doing a little bit of shopping on her own, she's going to surface next to you.]

[Alexei will not notice Mayoi just yet then. He had been striking at a nearby tree with his blade, as there were markings on the trunk where he had hit it. Then he would return to striking at the air with various movements of his blade and body. Each time he did hit the tree though, the mark cut deeper then the last. At one point he hits the ground with his blade, causing icicles to raise and move in a direction ahead of him...might go towards Mayoi, maybe.]

[Feel free to notice Noel at one of the shops. Those supplies you're getting? She's peering at some of them on the shelves. Not taking any, though. Not yet. She's just... looking.]

[After polishing his blades, Jay goes out to see some action as well. He walks along the community houses, spotting Alexei in action. At least the man looks like he can fight.]

[He stops what he was doing, noticing Jay approaching.]

[He smiles] Did you join the others at the bar to celebrate or opt out as well?

That's good...somewhat. Training is well and good, but it's just not as effective as a real battle.

No, actually. But not all of us are the drinking kind. And we got a few people come in that weren't actually involved at all, but it is a public drinking place.

We did. [Quiet and wry.] Nothing like bonding over the death of a mutual enemy, really.

...That's almost certainly the case. But honestly, I'm not really the heroic type. If he hadn't chosen to directly involve me, I doubt I'd have had any part in his death.
