♦ - Each diamond represents how much Alexei likes a person. Up to five diamonds max. Less than or equal to 3 means acqaintances, anything more is a friendship.
◊ - Tells you how much Alexei dislikes a character. The more empty diamonds there are, the more he hates the character. They can have up to five empty diamonds max. If you see a crossbone (☠) instead, that's basically five empty diamonds and it's going to be difficult to change his opinion of the character at this point.
★ - Each star represent how much Alexei is willing to trust a character. A character can have up to three of these. One means he will say more than just formalities, like having longer conversations with them and three means he is willing to confide the character with more personal matters. Two is somewhere in-between that.
♥ - Self-explanatory. If there's a heart, then Alexei has grown an attachment for that character or is a romantic interest.
■□□□□□□□□□ - This bar basically shows how much Alexei knows a character. Full bar means he knows enough of the character to skip most formalities.
Canonmates
Yuri Lowell
character; Yuri Lowell [DROPPED]
canon; Tales of Vesperia
journal;
"--"
They have never seen eye to eye and they probably never will. Alexei doesn't want anything to do with Yuri, especially since he and his little ragtag team opposed him to the very end back home. As long as Yuri stays out of his way, he can go about ignoring him.
Extra: Reverse CR
Estellise Sidos Heurassein
character; Estellise Sidos Heurassein
canon; Tales of Vesperia
journal;
"--"
The last Child of the Full Moon with any real power left that played a key role in Alexei's plans of world domination. She was used against her will, forced to use her powers in order to revive the ancient Shrine of Zaude and even to turn her against her friends. Outside of her role as Child of the Moon, Alexei has few opinions of the Princess, besides how naive she can be. Considering he wanted to rule the world, it's likely he also saw her as an incapable heir to the throne and more or less a figure head.

Reverse CRRepede
character; Repede [DROPPED/NPC]
canon; Tales of Vesperia
journal;

Yuri's combat dog, therefore on the opposing side by default. They will never meet.
Extra:
Reverse CRKarol Capel
character; Karol Capel [DROPPED]
canon; Tales of Vesperia
journal;
"--"
The child that runs the Guild, Brave Vesperia. Which admittedly is kind of a remarkable feat for someone his age. Alexei can see and comment that, but a guild's a guild and a small insignificant one at that. At least to him. Not much else he can say about Karol, besides by default he is an enemy to him.
Extra:
Reverse CRRita Mordio
character; Rita Mordio
canon; Tales of Vesperia
journal;
"--"
The genius mage of Aspio. Although he respects her knowledge in her field, there's little else about her that he cares about looking into. Their views on how blastia should be used is very different and she's just another person that opposes him and his ideals.
Extra:
Reverse CRRaven
character; Raven
canon; Tales of Vesperia [PS3]
journal;
"--"
Alexei's history with Raven stretches as far back as before the Great War, but he didn't generate much opinion of him until after the war. Raven was part of a special squad that he and Casey help promote. A squad with soldiers of both noble and commoner blood, working together. Raven was one of two people that he had successfully brought back from the dead after that war. He entrusted Raven with the mission to continue the dream that he and Casey once held. He even gave him the identity of Schwann Oltorain and for the next ten years, Schwann was his to do whatever he asks of him.
Upon Alexei's arrival to Luceti, he had already experienced everything that had transpired back home before his death and Raven's decision to leave his side. He doesn't know what Raven exactly remembers, but with his companions here, Alexei is cautious about taking him back under his command.

Flynn Scifo
character; Flynn Scifo
canon; Tales of Vesperia
journal;
"--"
The young knight who supposedly replaces Alexei as the acting Commandant. Although he had express how impressed he was with Flynn's abilities, in reality Alexei doesn't have any high expectations of him. He was just another piece of his grand plan, that ideal knight who followed orders without question. Even now, Alexei doesn't take Flynn seriously.

Duke Pantarei
character; Duke Pantarei
canon; Tales of Vesperia
journal;
"--"
This man is a mystery even to Alexei. They've only encounter one another a few times in the past and it's thanks to Duke that Raven returned to him after the Great War. It's also thanks to Duke that Dein Nomos had gone missing. He had been tracking him since in canon so that he can retrieve Dein Nomos back from him, until he finally had enough and created his own version of Dein Nomos. Soon after, he sought to put an end of Duke's life, taking Dein Nomos with him.
That aside, Alexei doesn't have any opinions on the man at the moment. He's aware of his presence here, but he has no need for Dein Nomos now.

Reverse CRCasey
character; Casey [DROPPED]
canon; Tales of Vesperia
journal;
"Whatever guilt you've carried, you can let it go."
Casey was once a valuable ally and close acquaintance to Alexei before she met her terrible end during the Great War ten years ago. Never had he thought to see her again here. Right away, he took her back to his side before anyone could influence her otherwise. Wasn't a difficult task, considering how they both shared the same ideals and went after the same thing those many years ago.
So much has happened during that ten year gap though and Alexei has remain reserved about what he is willing to tell her of his time. Unfortunately, it's only a matter of time before she will start to question him, but he'll wait until that day comes to say something and hope she will understand why. For now, she's being used as insurance against his enemies.
