Jun. 27th, 2011 05:22 pm[If people happen to be passing through Community Building 7, floor 5 today, they might want to watch where they're stepping. There was a young man passed out and face down in the middle of the hallway and he was garbed in new feather clothing.

Sometime later that day, into the afternoon, this "new feather" will have wandered from the building and making for the plaza to get something more suitable to wear than just new feather garbs. After that...he could go back to his place, but the night was still young. He still felt a little out of it, but he wasn't so tired that he wanted to go home and rest.
He may reconsider that later after stopping by the the Good Spirits Bar though. :|; ]
