[At House 12]

[The people in House 12 are going to find a bizarre surprise this morning in their dining room area. They're going to find a woman, in new feather garbs, fast asleep on top of their dining room table. She seems rather content sleeping on that hard wooden table, or perhaps she hasn't realized where the Malnosso had decided to dump her.]

[Action]

[So! After that awkward encounter with his enemies, Alexei has managed to get himself/herself over to the plaza area, because....well he needed proper clothes. Walking proved to be...an experience in itself, but he made it to the clothing store in the end. The problem here was that he had absolutely no idea what he was suppose to be looking for. To be frank, it was...just awkward thinking about looking for clothes suitable for a woman in the first place.]

...Well, all right. [If it's just for a short while. The outfit fits him fine, but the top is a little too snug as Vivi had guessed. clothes is clothes. He'll deal. He comes out once the dress is on, adjusting it slightly]

I'd prefer something a little more professional.

[Vivi smiles as Alexei emerges. She'd been right, that dress did look cute on him in this form, though she can see it's still a bit snug up top. She refrains from complimenting it, though, since she can tell he's not all that comfortable in it. Instead, she gives a businesslike nod, heading back to the womens' section.] Professional. All right.

Maybe something like a tailored suit with slacks? [She peruses the racks, looking for just such a thing. After a little while, she does find a charcoal jacket that looks about the right size, with darts sewn to take it subtly in at the waist. Not overly feminine, but tailored enough to give a flattering silhouette without looking cinched.] Something like this?

[If only someone had a camera to capture the moment where Alexei looked cute. She follows Vivi, trying not to seem too self conscious of what he was wearing and looks at the outfit she had found.

There's a smile on her face once she did.] Yes, something like this would do just fine.

[Vivi smiles, pleased, and holds the jacket out to Alexei.] This looks about right, but you'd better try it on, just in case.

[At least this sort of thing he can shrug into without bothering to go back to the changing room. Vivi also picks up a few simple button-up shirts, holding them up to Alexei in a silent question.]

[He takes that jacket and does indeed put it over the dress he was already wearing....you know, it actually makes the dress a little more doable with this jacket. As he admires the mix-matching, Vivi returns with some button-up shirts.

He blinks, looking them over and taking the ones that didn't have stripes or too extravagant of patterns on them. He's a pretty plain guy.] This is a little better. I must thank you for having the patience to assist me like this.

It's no trouble. [Honestly? It's actually starting to feel a little fun, picking out things for Alexei to wear. She nods her approval at the fit of the jacket, then presses a finger to her chin.]

Would you prefer slacks? If you don't mind a few skirts, I did see some that looked like they might suit you too.
