[There's an awful lot of noise coming from Alexei's room, mostly of metal clanking against each other and the sounds of footsteps. It was muffled a bit like a badly tuned radio when heard through the journal. Occasionally he would start mumbling to himself, but nothing anyone can pick up besides "No, that's not it" or a "hmmm". At some point it'll all go quiet, then a chuckle could be heard, faintly.]

Heh, almost-...[there was silence and then footsteps, getting louder and louder. Suddenly, there was a loud THUMP...not a sound could be heard afterwards]

I've already cause unnecessary concern from others. [He'll probably pick up the feeling of wanting Riddle to leave so that he may get back to work. Though his voice may not express it, he is putting some effort to keep the conversation civil and friendly.]

I'll leave you be, then. [As he has no desire to be on unfriendly terms with his neighbors.] I expect we'll run into each other again. [And with that, he gives a farewell nod and takes the small number of steps it takes to make it back to his room.]

Perhaps. [Good decision Riddle...though Alexei feels like there's something about this boy that's...odd. He watches him walk to the room next door.] May I ask for your name, child?

[He isn't too fond of being called "child", but it certainly doesn't show. He pauses with a hand on his doorknob, and turns to give Alexei a charming smile.]
