[4/14 - Voice]

[It was already getting dark outside by the time Alexei had put an end to Ganondorf. It was a difficult battle, even with Ganon not at full strength, but he did it. Now he's stuck in the mountains, too badly injured to even manage a walk back to the village. He's pretty sure he broke a few ribs after taking that punch, so he's not sure what'll happen if he doesn't get help soon. He shifts his body where he laid, trying to find something, but also trying not to agitate his injuries any further.

Did he even have it on him...? He sure he brought it just in case. Ah, the journal fell out some point during the battle, just a few feet out of his reach. It'll take him a moment move himself over there, but he'll finally put out a message. The journal's camera simply picks up the ceiling of the cave.]

Ganondorf has been taken down...He is a threat no more. [ There's sounds of movement as Alexei tries to keep himself from suffocating. It's rather difficult to breath and talk after being punched in the chest]

I...could use some assistance. In the mountains. [He ends the transmission there. The important part of the message was broadcast, now he just conserving energy until he gets a response.]

[4/15 - Voice/Action]

[It'll be the afternoon of the next day, when Alexei wakes up from his ordeal. He had been changed out of his uniform and wearing a hospital gown now. Bandages were wrapped around the middle part of his face. He's not able to leave the bed, much to his disappointment, but at least he can talk to any visitors that come through and check his journal. Speaking of.]

...Good afternoon, Luceti. This is Alexei, and I am the one who finally defeated Ganondorf. [A beat.] I wanted to take this moment to give my thanks to those of you who were involved in stopping him, your valiant efforts are what made his defeat even possible.

It is unfortunate that this victory is only a temporary one, but we now have the time to take proper action should he try something like this again upon his return.

[OOC: The rescue part has been reserved to Asbel, Caius and Daisy, though you are free to still talk to him and/or check on the situation o/]

How badly are you injured, sir? [He's already coming on his way to come help you, Alexei.]

We'll need to know what kind of injuries do you have. We'll bring over a litter if we have to.

['Some assistance' sounds like one heck of an understatement right now. Caius also starts getting ready to head out as soon as he can.]

Help is on its way right now, so just take it easy and don't do anything stupid. [Not that he imagines Alexei of all people would do something dumb, but with his injuries already being inquired about it seemed better to reassure him someone was coming right away.]

[Three voices, he's recognizes them all for the most part.] I think the litter will be necessary...might have broken a few ribs after that punch.

[there's a pause as he takes a moment to catch his breath.] That's most critical right now. A few bruises and cuts elsewhere.

[...He had to grin slightly from Caius' remark.] Heh, right. There's a cave, I won't be leaving it anytime soon.

Perhaps our best bet is to lock him in the tunnels upon his return. [ This wasn't something that should happen again. Ever. To lock him away would prevent it from happening again. ]

The tunnels...yes, considering how powerful he is, that seems like our only possibility. Though that would mean we would need to have people guarding the tunnels.

I can't imagine that would be much of a problem; I'm certain many would volunteer their services, myself included.

My concern is maintaining this in the long term. [He doesn't recall the people of Luceti imprisoning criminals for very long, if at all.] For the time being though, we'll use the tunnels.

[A beat.] Might I ask who it is I'm speaking with?

[It's long after the message for help goes out that Miyabi finds it. At first, she can't believe her ears, then goes into a mild panic - wanting nothing more than to try and find Alexei, just in case someone else didn't. Butafter taking a minute (or a few minutes) to calm down and catch her breath, Miyabi realizes that blindly searching Luceti would be pointless. There are many good people who would have helped him, even if she couldn't have. He's fine, he's safe, he'll be okay...

And so, her first stop is the clinic, still a little shaky and pale as she speaks quietly outside the door.]

[He pulls the covers up slightly so Miyabi doesn't have to see the worse of his injuries. He's sure he's worried her and he rather not get her too upset.]

[She pushes open the door slowly, and enters just as meekly, taking a look at Alexei, up and down. It really was for the best that he covered himself up, because she's already looking really upset as is - seeing the full extent of his injuries would have reduced her to potential wibbling.]

H-How are you feeling...?

Ganondorf.... [ Tenten's been rather sick for the past week or so. A really bad cold kept her indoors, which is always something she intends to do when she's sick, but it's never something she actually accomplishes. Blame Guy-sensei's inability to leave her alone. ] What happened? He talked to me once about how those that don't recognize a woman's worth aren't worth my time. [ He's evil? News to her. ]

[...He said that? Wow he's...not sure what to make of this man now. Still, it's hard to forget the carnage he had caused.]

He wanted to exact revenge on the Malnosso, that much I knew. Apparently they had done something to him that he did not approved, but I never found out what exactly happened.

His plan involved controlling the people in Luceti to do his bidding. He even turned the animals into monsters to fight for him. He was taking out his anger on the entire village since he could not reach the Malnosso.

[ Tenten's just as distracted. How can someone so sensible be ...a total pain in the ass. ]

That's sick! I understand the sentiment, but, if people do not want to fight, they aren't obligated to. That's why people have people that fight for them, otherwise everyone would be on their own for that and that'd be chaotic, and not a good idea. [ Madara would have the entire world enslaved. ]

Someone already suggested the tunnels. Unless someone has one of those collars the Malnosso make, that's going to be the best best.

[That first message was concerning, so Emil is definitely glad to hear the second one over the journals the next day. But he still has a lot of questions that he'd like answered.]

Are you okay now, Alexei? What happened, anyway?

[...This was Emil speaking, wasn't it? He vaguely recalled seeing the boy at the training school.]

I am doing better, but I won't be able to leave the clinic for some time. [Something he wasn't looking forward to.]

I pursued Ganondorf alone, and we fought.

Does this have anything to do with why the animals were acting weird the other day? I could tell that something was wrong, but I wasn't sure what it was. I should've done more... I shouldn't have just sat around and ignored it. I should've helped fight too.

[Jade had been trying to track Ganondorf down himself when he saw Alexei's transmission on the 14th. He opted to slam the book shut without replying, frustrated at having missed out on the big kill.

But the next day, he responds.]

Did you now? All by yourself? My, congratulations are in order! Will you be getting some manner of plaque or medal? Perhaps a statue, saluting who certainly is Luceti's greatest hero?

[...Why does he have this feeling someone was being sarcastic? Especially when it's coming from Jade.]

I have no need for such praise. The man needed to be taken down or otherwise continued to be a threat in Luceti. There was no glory in it.

He was the one who was making all the animals go insane, right? [Hard to not notice that. He had been a bit too busy with a bear that had suddenly snapped back to his senses when Alexei had made his first post so he hadn't seen it right away. At least he had known enough by the time he did that Alexei had gotten the help he needed.]
